Singtel just send this over together with a return envelope that stretches the meaning of a Bill.
"Kindly detach this portion of the bill to accompany payment. Cheques are to be made payable to 'Singtel' blah blah blah" says on the payment slip on it.
So do I have to pay the late fee if I missed my payment? Click here for the full version. (If your eyes are sharp you will notice there is no due date for this payment)
I was wondering if I should a) mail a S$0.00 cheque back to pay the bill or b) blog about this and ignore it.
